- Storm Buster was one of the unlockable songs of the ULTIMATE SURVIVAL event of REFLEC BEAT VOLZZA.
- Prior to the event, it had appeared in the REFLEC BEAT VOLZZA location test, but was not in the final version of the game.
- As of January 8th, 2016, it is available by default.
- It also received a SPECIAL chart on January 8th, 2016. This chart can be purchased in the Garage for 8 VOLZZA KEYs.
- The Griffin, who had earlier appeared in Gale Rider's jacket, reappears in Storm Buster's jacket.
