• HERO (2008 X-edit) was the only 2008 X-edit that didn't make its arcade debut in DanceDanceRevolution X. Instead, it debuted in DanceDanceRevolution X2.
  • For unknown reasons, it also was the only 2008 X-edit that didn't appear in the Japanese release of DanceDanceRevolution X CS.
• On the DanceDanceRevolution arcade releases, HERO (2008 X-edit) is simply known as HERO.
• In DanceDanceRevolution X3 VS 2ndMIX's 2ndMIX MODE, this version of HERO is used instead of the original HERO cut and charts. It was the only song to do this, as none of the other 2008 X-edits or X2's IF YOU WERE HERE replace their respective 2ndMIX cuts.
• HERO was removed from DanceDanceRevolution (2014) on July 3rd, 2015.

First appearing in the early DDR arcade machines all over Japan. HERO has been reworked exclusively for DanceDanceRevolution X! HERO is a shining example of Danish Eurodance music. Its melody, both light and catchy, capture the attention and lead you on a rhythm filled journey of delight.
