• THE POWER OF LOVE was originally written for the 1985 blockbuster movie, Back to the Future. The song plays in all three installments of the series.
• The Power of Love was later included on the Japanese and European versions of Huey Lewis and the News' fourth album, Fore!, as well as their first compilation album in the UK, The Heart of Rock & Roll - The Best of Huey Lewis and The News. It didn't appear on a U.S. album, however, until their 1996 compilation album (the first released in the U.S.) - Time Flies... The Best Of.
• THE POWER OF LOVE has never been on a CS release of GuitarFreaks & DrumMania.
