Music Production Info

platoniX has changed its membership from its original lineup; it's now a two-member unit consisting of myself and the vocalist Junko Hirata.

The title basically means "Don't be afraid of myself". I think there are a lot of problems that can arise, even just in day to day life. You can challenge these problems through work, study ... or a difficult song. Nothing will change through fear. This is the sort of concept Junko Hirata and I arrived at through discussion. You can think of this as platoniX' battle song for everyday life. (Tatsh)

After talking to Tatsh, we decided to make a song to cheer people on infused with platoniX's own personality.

Life is filled with all sorts of good and bad things, so we all want to be strong and look cool! It's not so much about the sense of achievement from being able to overcome large obstacles ... Yes, I think it's that sparkling figure that is one's real self ... I hope everyone can feel this way by listening to this song.

Finally, I think the dance number looks really great thanks to the work put in by back dancers Natsumi and Yukari. Definitely play this song!

Video Production Info

This is my first contribution to beatmania. When I first heard the song and saw the dance, I was tempted to just use the raw material itself as the finished product. I thought a lot of things like, "Don't we want to show the whole dance!?" and "Isn't it already synched to the music!?" Through a lot of trial and error, I used effects and image shots to try to get back to my original goal of "show the whole thing!" instead of cutting out parts of the routine. I tried to reconstruct as much of the original through editing and processing, but what do you all think?
