- In the BGV, Mamonis appears as an old man in a golden suit with a black eyepatch, and with a shadowy aura.

- If you fail to Normal Clear The Sampling Paradise, Mamonis will turn into a black shadow and dissolve, leaving only the red eye which will turn into a red ring.
