- Realize was used as the first opening theme for the second season of the Re:Zero kara hajimaru isekai seikatsu (Re:ゼロから始める異世界生活, also known as Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World-) anime series.
- Realize was added to DanceDanceRevolution A20 PLUS on March 25th, 2021.
- It does not appear in the North American release of DanceDanceRevolution A20 PLUS, due to licensing issues.
- It features its anime opening theme as its video, which is played full screen and eliminates any on-screen dancers. This video is not available outside Japan, causing the song to be played on the BOOM BOOM BOOM stage instead.
- Realize was added to SOUND VOLTEX EXCEED GEAR on June 22nd, 2023.
