Hello everyone!! I am m@sumi, composer of "SailRen".
PON gave me the "voyage and the mystery of the sea" theme, and until now, I have been assigned various music genres but I was excited about a fantasy keyword.
That is why I decided on Sail (to a voyage) and Siren (a mythic creature of the sea) and wrote it.

Although it is something personal, this song will be the tenth song recorded in pop'n. I truly appreciate that.
Based on that background, I have a desire to grow so that I can write more songs in the future that can be enjoyed even more, taking as basis a fusion styled melody for the electronic organ.
Because there was no progress, I imagined the sound of bubbles for the chorus, while the A melody alternates between 7/4/6/4, the main part is 5/4, making an unusual atmosphere.
I thought that it would be good if there was a feeling of no resting place, conveyed by wonders of the sea.
I was aware of the "Long pop-kun". So I put them as a new element! Many of the melodies and backing are using long phrases.
I think that the staff responsible for the charts had a hard time, but I really appreciate it.
And the character, Sail. Oh, Sail...?
I was thinking about a sea spirit at the time of production, so I was looking forward to it since then, but the idea of ​​steampunk at the bottom of the ocean with a cute pop'n style was very... surprising!!
The nice animation was made by the designer's insistence, so just thank you!!
Sail seems to be a very friendly little one, and just watch the lot of guest characters with her.
However, there is an ominous anecdote about sirens sinking ships, and I did not know that there was a Navi event at that time.
I can not publish the content of the lyrics to Navi, so I will keep them on my heart.
Oh, but I wonder if it is OK to sink the boat that I am on board and say "let's play with Sail and the ocean floor"...?
