* "Museca's online support is still going and never ended." Where? Every US machine I've seen of MUSECA/Dancerush is offline. You mention an offline fee program, but I've never heard a word of this from KONAMI themselves. Where do you see this?

*  "I've seen people do IIDX transfers well after the "eAmusement support ended" date." I think you're a little confused what this means. It means game data, settings, and information can no longer be looked up on that website's page. Data transfer has nothing to do with eamusement.

* "with all of the games getting online updates to the next version these days" As Korean players can tell you in recent years, no, not every country gets the newest version of a BEMANI game at the same time. I remember Korean having SINOBUZ looooong after CANNON BALLERS finally launched in Korea. Also, the download process to install a new game is not automatic, and requires the operator to make the switch over. It also makes the machine go offline for a while; I've seen this personally offhand. Not everyone wants to jump into the newest game right away. --M.B. (talk) 17:30, 28 December 2019 (UTC)

:*I said "except hardware updates" in my original message. CANNON BALLERS was a hardware update. Have you seen this with any other version after copula, which was the last IIDX update (not involving hardware) to ship out update kits? When HEROIC VERSE came along a couple months ago, there was a screenshot posted in the local community Discord of the update message on Rootage, which was no different from the usual one.

:*I'm assuming by Dancerush, you mean DanceEvo, in that case, Round1 never had the game prior to the offline kits, and as for Museca, once my local Round1 got the offline kits, both machines were immediately switched into Local Mode, even though the end date mentioned in this article had not been reached. There was actually some confusion on why this happened in the local community, but I don't think anyone had any answers for it.

:*Looking on the Museca website using Chrome's automatic translation, the news item for 6/28/18 states that PIX:*:A:A will end service on 7/31/18. I don't see anything about service for all versions of the game going offline. The top level pages about Museca and DanceEvo on Bemaniwiki (as well as the top page on Bemaniwiki itself) all mention a fixed monthly fee for continued online operation. This information has been there for over a year now, if it was incorrect, one would think it would have been corrected by now.

:*As an aside, website elements related to play data are still functional for the Museca and DanceEvo websites (this is not the case for FutureTomTom or BeatStream)

:*I would be interested in seeing a picture/video of an online Museca/DanceEvo machine myself, personally. But I highly doubt that one will be found in the US. --Thunderbird (talk) 23:22, 28 December 2019 (UTC)
