** Davide Di Marcantonio, aka David Dima, is most popular in Eurobeat. He perfomrs songs like YOZORA NO MUKO and HOT LIMIT. At least according to Discogs, [https://www.discogs.com/artist/283509-Habegale David Dima is the only member of Habegale.]

About the vocalist

The song is performed by no other than Davide di Marcantonio himself, the vocals are changed in pitch. This can be noticed by turning the pitch down by about -3.4 semitones.
