Summer Dance Camp unlocks

Small Steps and Electric System Dance Music are listed as unlocked before any stamps are actually collected. Playing DDR A20 lists Small Steps as unlocked immediately, though it's still yellow, so I assume latecomers after the event is over won't have it. The stamp accumulation only happens after the session, and the stamps start after the starting songs.
