My wish list regarding certain features in DanceDanceRevolution.

  • Speed modifiers:
    • x0 (Times zero). All arrows appear on top of the stepping zone. Alternative to STEALTH and 0.25x/BRAKE modifiers.
  • Noteskin modifiers:
    • UNIFORM. Similar to RAINBOW but color of arrows other than on its 1/4 note is the same as that of its 1/4 note.
    • RAINBOW2. Similar to RAINBOW but no cycling of colors, white outlined, no transparency in middle part that shows white color in succession.
    • UNIFORM2. Similar to RAINBOW2 but color of arrows other than on its 1/4 note is the same as that of its 1/4 note.
    • NOTE2. Similar to NOTE but exactly uses the NOTE noteskin in Windows PC program StepMania 3.9 plus Redux.
    • PLAIN. Similar to NOTE but color of arrows other than on its 1/4 note is the same as that of its 1/4 note.
    • PLAIN2. Similar to NOTE2 but color of arrows other than on its 1/4 note is the same as that of its 1/4 note.
  • Turn modifiers (Applies only on play style SINGLE).
    • SWLD. Swaps LEFT arrow column and DOWN arrow columns on the step chart.
    • SWLU. Swaps LEFT arrow column and UP arrow columns on the step chart.
    • SWLR. Swaps LEFT arrow column and RIGHT arrow columns on the step chart.
    • SWDU. Swaps DOWN arrow column and UP arrow columns on the step chart.
    • SWDR. Swaps DOWN arrow column and RIGHT arrow columns on the step chart.
    • SWUR. Swaps UP arrow column and RIGHT arrow columns on the step chart.
    • RANDOM. All arrows are in no particular order.

    • LIFE4GFC. Similar to LIFE4 but deducts one life only on either GOOD, MISS, or N.G.
    • LIFE4PFC. Similar to LIFE4 but deducts one life only on either GREAT, GOOD, MISS, or N.G.

    • EMPTYRISKYMFC. Similar to EMPTY but does not refill and deducts on either PERFECT, GREAT, GOOD, MISS, or N.G.
    • LIFE8. Same as that being used in certain courses in DanceDanceRevolution X but appears during normal game play and not on courses.
    • LIFE8GFC. Similar to LIFE8 but deducts one life only on either GOOD, MISS, or N.G.
    • LIFE8PFC. Similar to LIFE8 but deducts one life only on either GREAT, GOOD, MISS, or N.G.
    • LIFE8MFC. Similar to LIFE8 but deducts one life only on either PERFECT, GREAT, GOOD, MISS, or N.G.
  • Countdown timer. Similar to the one being used in jubeat. Must start at 99.99 .
  • Placement of arrows with other arrows.
    • My concern: Every UP arrow on step chart is placed under its next UP arrow. Noticeable on step charts if using x0.25 modifier.
    • Its solution: Every UP arrow on step chart MUST be placed above its next UP arrow.
