These are finally being made available, but on a limited basis. The KAC qualifier songs are unlockable from December 5th at 10AM, the Starlight Cup songs are unlockable from January 5th at 10AM, and the Premium Cup songs are unlockable from Feb 5th at 10AM. These are awarded simply by logging in (I got all four of the KAC qualifier songs immediately), with no BITs necessary to unlock them. The unlock availability for all will cease after February is over.
