Haruko Inoue, better known as Haruko Momoi (Halko Momoi; 桃井はるこ), is a singer-songwriter, radio personality and voice actress. She has offered music to several singer voice actresses, like Ryoko Shintani and Sakura Nogawa. Despite this, in BEMANI, Haruko is currently only active as a vocalist of [[Youhei Kimura]]'s songs.

Haruko has been actively continuing music activities in Akihabara (秋葉原, a district in Tokyo) for a long time from 1997 to the present, and is sometimes referred to as "the Queen of Akihabara". From 2001 to 2004, she also performed as a vocalist of Moe song group ''UNDER17'', with the guitarist Masaya Koike. Haruko had also been as a vocalist of Rock unit ''Poly-Phonic'' with Masaya.

* Haruko's nickname is momo-i (モモーイ), and it has been included in the title of her song in BEMANI. momo-i is often written in half-width kana (ﾓﾓｰｲ).

* Outside BEMANI, Haruko repeatedly performs vocals for songs composed by Haraddy, [[Masatoshi Sakashita]], [[Tatsuya Furukawa]] and [[Yuki Kume]].
