In the [[POLICY BREAK]] event, a song representative of each BEMANI game is crossed over to SOUND VOLTEX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN. The POLICY BREAK event requires the player to play eight rounds of the specified BEMANI game in order to unlock the BEMANI crossover in SOUND VOLTEX. Each event contains one song and lasts generally two or three weeks; after the determined time period, the crossover cannot be unlocked anymore. Past POLICY BREAK events may be temporarily revived.

A collaboration event with [[AC NST FORTE|ノスタルジア FORTE]], where by playing both SOUND VOLTEX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN and ノスタルジア FORTE in the same week from July 31st to August 13th, 2017, you will unlock both [[Theme of Ricerca]] in SOUND VOLTEX and [[Ha-lle-lu-jah|Ha・lle・lu・jah]] in ノスタルジア  on August 8th and 15th, 2017.

The [[Tenkaichi otogesai Zenkoku issei nintei taikai]] 2017 event is the fourth collaboration tournament between KONAMI, BANDAI NAMCO, SEGA and TAITO. The involved games are SOUND VOLTEX, ''CHUNITHM'' (first appearance), ''GROOVE COASTER'' and ''Taiko no tatsujin'' (太鼓の達人). Like the previous editions of the event, machines in AOU member arcades received the songs first.
