== Lincle Kingdom == | |||
''Lincle Kingdom'' is the unlock event of beatmania IIDX 19 Lincle. Phase 1 started on September 28th, 2011, and Phase 2 started on November 16th, 2011. This event will ''only'' appear if you select a one-player round of STANDARD. eAMUSEMENT is required to play the event.
The goal in Lincle Kingdom is you, the player, must save the kingdom from invasion by the devilish villains. At the start of a credit, you select a dungeon and then fight the enemies in that dungeon to advance the game. You can select one of three dungeons, which offer varaible rewards:
* Lost forest (?): get lots of experience, but little DELLAR.
* Dark swamp (?): rare enemy encounter rates are high, which reward you more DELLAR and experience for defeating.
* Curse mountain (?): get more DELLAR, but less experience.
* Tower of PASELI: requires DJ VIP PASS with PASELI. Clear one whole set of songs per round (including EXTRA STAGE if obtained), and you will go up a floor. Higher floors reward much bigger rewards from rare enemies than the other dungeons. Phase 1 has 50 floors, and Phase 2 has 99.
Afterwards, you play a regular round of play in beatmania IIDX, with the Q-Pro and emeny characters displayed at the bottom of the movie in the center of the screen (or lower left if playing Double) as you play. Clearing a song destroys an enemy; failing results in you escaping. Scores and difficulty have no effect on defeating, but failing to clear songs results in you getting nothing. If you fail all songs on a credit, you will gain nothing for that credit.
After a round of play, you will return to the event screen, your overall experience and DELLAR are displayed, and you will level up if you have enough experience points. (Game progress is shared between Single and Double.) As you level up, you can obtain revivals, CS crossovers, more rivals to join you to fight in the dungeons and, most importantly, the ability to unlock the boss songs of Lincle Kingdom on EXTRA STAGE.
Seven of the nine major bosses of Lincle Kingdom are each based on the seven deadly sins: greed, lust, sloth, gluttony, pride, envy, wrath, along with two others: Narakasura and Cybele.
To play the Lincle Kingdom bosses, you must meet specific criteria as you play a round. To get these fragments, you must play on the map of the select sin's area. What difficulty you can unlock depends on how many fragments you earn: five for NORMAL, ten for HYPER, and 15 for ANOTHER. (While you can collect more than 15 for song reuirements, excess ones will do nothing.) The condition to make each Lincle Kindgom boss song appear on EXTRA STAGE are as follows:
* Abandoned capital of greed (???) / Mamonis - must reach level 6
** Play a round of songs all from the same style up to EXTRA STAGE.
** Each style can only be used ''once'' to meet this requirement.
* Lustful cave (???) / Ashemu - must reach level 14
** Play a round of songs of the same genre up to EXTRA STAGE.
** Each genre can only be used ''once'' to meet this requirement.
** Genres spelled differently from one another (i.e. DRUM'N'BASS nad DRUM & BASS) count as separate genres.
* Lazy iceburg (???) / Bulluvegola - must reach level 20
** Play a round of songs from the same artist up to EXTRA STAGE.
** Each artist can only be used ''once'' to meet this requirement.
** Artist names spelled differently or slightly different (i.e. L.E.D. vs. L.E.D.-G) count as separate artists.
* Beridzebeth - must acquire the charts of the first three songs first.
** Only appears when you collect the feathers of the three previous songs. Which difficulty you can play depends on which feathers you acquired.
* Arrogant magic astle (?) / Rche - must reach level 37
** Play a round of songs with the same number of characters up to EXTRA STAGE. Spaces and symobols count as one character.
** Each set number of characters can be only be ''once'' to meet this requirement.
* Jealous sea (?) / Levaslater - must reach level 40
** Play a round of songs with the same number of notes in the 100s (i.e. playing a set of songs with 900-999 notes).
** Each set of notecount numbers can only be used ''once'' to meet this requirement.
** Using ASSIST options does not change the overall notecount.
* Fury volcano (?) / STN - must reach level 46
** In a round of play, choose any song you wish for FIRST STAGE, and then have your next song after begin with the last letter of the previous song. On FINAL STAGE, you choose a song with the first letter of the FIRST ATAGE song you chose to form a loop.
** Each letter can only be used ''once'' to meet this requirement.
* Judgement / Neulakyussra - must acquire the charts of Rche, Levaslater, and STN first.
** Only appears when you collect the feathers from Rche, Levaslater, and STN. Which difficulty you can play depends on which feathers you acquired.

** Only appears when you collect the feathers from all eight previous Lincle Kingdom boss songs. Which difficulty you can play depends on which feathers you acquired.
