*I had an idea, and hear me out... If we're able to get the data, what if have two BPMs displayed for each song, one being the display BPM (the one shown in-game) and the other being the actual BPM? If a song's display BPM is 128 but it's shown in the data as something akin to 128.4? ** Usually when the BPM(s) is/are different from what is shown in-game, the real BPM(s) is noted on the Trivia section of each song (i.e. [[Waza#Trivia|Waza]]).
