There are four possible class ranks: "-" (unranked), "BRONZE", "SILVER" and "GOLD". All players begin unranked, unless the player begins a game on a 20th anniversary model cabinet during a GOLDEN LEAGUE period, in which case they are assigned a BRONZE rank. Depending on the player's cumulative EX Score, at the end of a GOLDEN LEAGUE period, you can be promoted or demoted from your CLASS (you can only be demoted from BRONZE with a score of 0). Higher CLASSes have access to harder Dan courses and new songs.
