Chihiro Inoue - known as chihi (ちっひ), chihiro, chippi, and chihiko in earlier pop'n music titles - is a BEMANI artist who joined KONAMI in late 1999/early 2000, with her first project for BEMANI being pop'n music アニメロ2号.
