Continuing to pray for the dawning world ────

This is the IIDX version of our song "ALFARSHEAR", which was included in a DVD as a first-run benefit of GOLI's 1st artbook "GOLIALIZZE GOLI MATSUMOTO ARCHIVES".
Somehow, GOLI decided its title!
It's read as "ALFARSHEAR ~Futatsukamui ni mawaru yume~". It's cool, isn't it?

Although it's TЁЯRA's fourth song in the IIDX series, continuing from "DoLL", "[[ULTiMATE|ULTiM∧TE]]", and "EDEN", actually, this song's world connects to "ULTiM∧TE".
The protagonist in "ULTiM∧TE" is a man, but the woman who that man happened to meet = the protagonist in "ALFARSHEAR".
(In terms of the timeline, the flow is "ALFARSHEAR" → "ULTiM∧TE".)

This also applies to "[[Why did you go away]]", but recently, I'd often like to depict not just the protagonist, but their partner's psychology and background.
There's a reality reflected in the protagonist's eyes... but I'd like to further understand the "reasoning" part of their "why is that so?".
By depicting unpredictable parts of a world only seen by the protagonist, I'd like you to notice their partner's existence as well.
And by comparing both sides, I'd be happy if you can get a better sense of the protagonist's various thoughts.
.... jun's lyrics always seem to be linked to her mental state at that time, but perhaps now's the time. ────

The sky turns crimson, and the world decays.

Why do I continue to depict dreams?
Why do I continue to pray....?

.... Even if a sad reality was buried in a place I noticed.

A new story starts from there.

=== NAOKI MAEDA ===
In order to keep up with GOLI's drawings and jun's strong worldview depicted in the lyrics, I created this song based on my own sound and added what I thought was majestic.
The game version was arranged differently to the DVD version, and I re-composed parts of the song which suited the game by replacing all the drum parts, adding trance-styled synths, and mixing it to make it more edgy and speedy.

In Japan, since "J-POP" is the most popular and widespread genre in demand, to what extent can I use heavy themes and comfortably fuse them in a high dimension without losing its pop feeling?
I want to express this sound, as I currently have strong ideas about it... this song makes me think this.

I unreasonably asked the busy TЁЯRA duo to write this song for my artbook's first-run DVD benefit.

"ALFARSHEAR" was specially arranged for DistorteD, and changed as a more high powered song. I requested for this song to be a first-run benefit for my artbook, and when I listened to the completed song on the opening day, all I could say to NAOKI was "it's amazing.".

The information content in this masterpiece was 100 times greater than the scale of my image of it, which blew my mind, I finally calmed down when I repeatedly listened to it on maximum volume that night (while wearing headphones, of course), and as I somehow slightly got used to it, I was moved to tears. Seriously.

Since then, I always played this song while editing my artbook. Thanks to that, my brush is also groovy. I'm sincerely really glad that the TЁЯRA duo wrote this song.

I'd like to take this opportunity to once again thank them both very much. Thank you very much.
