It's embarrassing to say, but it looks like I've done something of a revival.

I haven't had the chance to do any real good dance music tracks since I'd stopped doing Bemani-related projects, so I was really happy to get the request for a song like this. I had ucchie-san do the note chart for this song, and seeing it made me recall a great sensation of freshness. I thought I might like to do it myself around that time, but when I saw the finished product, I thought "Yeah, ucchie did a really good job." It's a matter of different senses, I guess ...

When you play this song, light some incense, compose yourself into a meditative state, lightly close your eyes, and go into a trance. It's something I'd like to try when I get the soundtrack.

And, if you could cultivate the level of skill to be able to reach that sort of mental state while playing this game in the arcade ... that must be what it feels like to achieve the "power of the gods", even just for a moment.
