DJ Points
DJ Points, introduced in 10th Style, assigned a point ranking from 0 to 10 points based on the level of clear the user achieved on the song. It is collated at the end of each game session.
The calculation is simple and based on two variables:
djpoints = gradepoints + clearpoints
where gradepoints depend on your rank:
- AAA = 7
- AA = 6
- A = 5
- B = 4
- C = 3
- D = 2
- E = 1
- F = 0
and clearpoints depend on your clear state:
- Full Combo = 3
- Clear = 2
- Easy Clear = 1
- Failed = 0
- No Play = 0
DJ Points have also been used in at least two CS IIDX releases (10th Style, GOLD). On recent releases, the minimum level selectable in the first two stages of each sesion is partly dependent on DJ Points.
