  • Although it debuted in beatmania IIDX, Stay my side is often considered a REFLEC BEAT song, due to appearing at the game's location test (months before its debut in Resort Anthem), its appearance as an unlock with the other original REFLEC BEAT songs in the first game and its subsequent appearances in the same unlocks in the following games up to REFLEC BEAT colette, as well as appearing on disc 1 of the REFLEC BEAT ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK album.
    • However, Stay my side is the only REFLEC BEAT song in beatmania IIDX 18 Resort Anthem that doesn't need to be unlocked, and is also the only one also not part of the LincleLink 1 unlock system, further debunking its being a REFLEC BEAT original.
    • It was also further debunked as a REFLEC BEAT original when it couldn't be used to access Hollywood Galaxy in the LIMIT BURST EXTRA STAGE system in beatmania IIDX 20 tricoro, unlike all of the other REFLEC BEAT original songs.
  • Stay my side is DJ Yoshitaka's last beatmania IIDX song to date that's not a crossover/collaboration/event unlock.
