• 鬼言集 marks Asaki's first original song in the beatmania IIDX series done entirely by himself.
• "Kigonshu" (鬼言集) roughly translates to "Demon word collection."
• A sample of 鬼言集's video was showcased at あさき's official web page before 2013.
• The beginning of 鬼言集's video features a famed Latin proverb, "Cuiusvis hominis est errare; nullius nisi insipientis, perseverare in errore".
  • It means "Any man can make a mistake; only a fool keeps making the same one".
• 鬼言集 is unlockable in beatmania IIDX INFINITAS from December 8th, 2016, after obtaining 6000, 7500, and 10000 BITs for its NORMAL, HYPER, and ANOTHER charts respectively.
• According to Asaki, 鬼言集 was originally planned to be over 18 minutes before being cutted to 9 minutes and its title changed to まほろば教, as its theme did not fit with 天庭's theme and because its theme was too large for him to handle.
