PSA: About reuploading images
Regarding the bug about reuploading images: yes, it is a known bug. To fix it, just press Shift+F5 to reload the image and it should be OK. If that does not fix it, please tell me. --FinalOffset (talk) 01:49, 5 July 2017 (UTC)
Template:DDR Chart Info vs. DDR Chart
Hi there!
I've noticed some pages using a DDR Chart Info table and some pages using a DDR Chart Header + DDR Chart. Is the first one deprecated? The tables look vastly similar, and I've only realized the differences when going into the sources.
Thanks for reading. :)
--Megumin (talk) 16:36, 19 April 2017 (UTC)
- Yes, the Chart Info table is indeed deprecated. Chart Header + Chart allows to create an infinite number of rows, it is smaller in size, and allows to make some variations of the table itself (though this is more relevant for other series, i.e. allowing IIDX songs to display Black ANOTHER charts or pop'n music to show 7-Button charts). --FinalOffset (talk) 17:40, 19 April 2017 (UTC)
About iTunes/Long version information
Is adding referral to iTunes or Long version connection is not significant to put into *Song Connections* section? If so I will stop doing this.
(refer to this edit: https://remywiki.com/index.php?title=Radical_shoujo&curid=28876&diff=298524&oldid=298515)
Or is it just duplicated information on "Album" section itself?
But to argue on this, I'm sure some people might want to know if there is long version of their favorite song or not.
--Wappenok (talk) 15:50, 18 May 2017 (UTC)
- The Wiki does not list long/full versions for licensed songs, that's why there's an Album field on the Song Information section for them. --FinalOffset (talk) 16:26, 18 May 2017 (UTC)
- I see, there is an extra album field for licensed songs while in-house songs does not. --Wappenok (talk) 17:01, 18 May 2017 (UTC)
DDR Extreme locked songs
Hi FinalOffset. I added the locked song count on DDR Extreme based on the fact that MAX2 has a Challenge-only song count. What would be the best way to present this information? Many places have Extreme, but because they lack the unlock code, that leaves six songs available only in special modes (ES, OMES or Challenge) and another 10 songs that can never be played. --LABcrab (talk) 18:35, 19 May 2017 (UTC)
- Pointing it on the Unlock Information section would be nice. I eventually have to clean the EXTREME page as it lumps every single song (including hidden) on a single table. --FinalOffset (talk) 21:18, 19 May 2017 (UTC)
EXTRA RUSH
I've been experimenting with a few tables design for the EXTRA RUSH section. Which one is the best ?
[1], [2], [3] / [4] or [5]
or maybe you have a better idea :)
I would like to settle on one design and use it on all the pages since it's a recurrent game mechanic in the series.

- i like v4 best, just my two cents --totally not by MENDES (talk) 20:42, 4 July 2017 (UTC)
- V3 looks the best, way more organized. --FinalOffset (talk) 22:20, 4 July 2017 (UTC)
About 6 Song's of Continuing the Seniors! The Second Vocalist Contest
Hi, I found something interesting in SDVX4's file data. Maybe you can add this composers to the songs' page or restore my edit.
It's here. Thanks for your time.--Ljzljc (talk) 15:02, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
- well looks like the HDD filenames were indeed written with the artist names --UBerserker (talk) 15:40, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
- Gotcha, thanks for the confirmation. --FinalOffset (talk) 15:48, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
Who to talk to for wiki disputes
Hi. I left a message on Talk:AC DDR USA, but it was deleted. There was no ill intent on my part, and I don't even support the band (Skillet) that I mentioned. I just found them playing dance games in a video, and thought it would be relevant, yet my comment was deleted and no explanation was given. Could you please get better policies, like Wikipedia policies, when it comes to solving disputes? I don't edit much on here, because I don't want all my work deleted "just because." Thank you for your time. --LABcrab (talk) 23:04, 23 July 2018 (UTC)
- I see no deleted pages regarding Talk:AC DDR USA, and your last edit on the DDR USA page has never been reverted, so I don't really know what you're referring to, I'm sorry.
- Regarding editing policies, usually a reason is given when an edit is completly reverted (i.e. false info, redundant info, pointless trivia, etc.) There are few disputes here, and usually can be solved by taking them to a Talk page. --FinalOffset (talk) 04:20, 24 July 2018 (UTC)
quick question
Hi, I am doing some research into song jacket artists on SDVX. It looks like you placed Aoi Tagami's aliases on her page. My question is how did you know her aliases? I would like to ultimately discover every artist for every song jacket in SDVX... is there some form of credits or something?
- Hi, most of her aliases are plays/puns on her name (Aoi, which means "blue"), or are variations of aonisai, the main alias that she used in pop'n music. --FinalOffset (talk) 03:20, 11 September 2018 (UTC)
"CS DDRMAX US" vs. "CS DDRMAX NA" (and maybe "CS DDRMAX CA")
How come the wiki marks games with "US" when available throughout North America, aka. in Canada and Mexico with French and Spanish marketing materials? I don't know to what extent this wiki does redirects, but I think it would be fair to at least redirect. "CS DDRMAX NA" to "CS DDRMAX US". --LABcrab (talk) 20:25, 8 October 2018 (UTC)
- NA might be more appropiate. This question should be in another Talk page though (i.e. DanceDanceRevolution Information), not mine's. --FinalOffset (talk) 02:57, 9 October 2018 (UTC)

- That's a wrap. -Divinity
- Fixed a handful of tables and that should it. Big thanks to everybody! Now, I should be looking into making a toggle in the template between Black ANOTHER and LEGGENDARIA, so they share the same column. --FinalOffset (talk) 02:43, 14 July 2019 (UTC)
Eh, is it really necessary to edit the templates for the songs that don't have LEGGENDARIA charts? This wasn't done for black Anothers. --Thunderbird (talk) 02:51, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
- Unlike Black ANOTHERs, LEGGENDARIA charts are now considered a core fifth difficulty. For consistency with the inclusion of BEGINNER in the template (which is present regardless if the song actually has one) and with the SOUND VOLTEX templates, yeah, it should be part of the main template. --FinalOffset (talk) 02:55, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for all that you have done!
Thank you so much for formatting, correcting and organizing places in my edits where I missed while double-checking myself when editing these pages! You're a huge help! Sorry I have so many errors that I could've done myself lol, but still, big thanks to a patient, dedicated and caring person that is good at organizing and managing!!!<3<3 --booty (talk) 18:00, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- You're welcome, I'm here to help. --FinalOffset (talk) 13:51, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
More i-appli BEMANI games
It turns out there's more i-appli BEMANi games than just DDR as seen in these pages. However, I don't know how to properly add a new page and I would like these to be added for me if possible. Sorry about that but yeah lol thank u however if u do add them!!! --booty (talk) 02:32, 23 February 2020 (UTC)
- jubeat is already here, as mobile and mobile2. For the other series, I'll add stubs for them right now. Thanks! --FinalOffset (talk) 04:22, 23 February 2020 (UTC)
Thanks for the edit, however I have one more question to ask.
Didn't expect a reply to come to me so quickly on Showa Noir's talk page lol With what tools were you able to extract the portraits from? Snooping around some more and it seems like that Party has some more unused content I'd like to check out for myself, as well as the Pop'n games around that era having some knickknacks I would want to see (such as icons, etc.), however I'm unsure of what I could use to extract images. I tried using gfxdecrypt, but it has a .cpp file inside and I'm not sure on how to open it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! --Makorinn (talk) 21:20, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
- Hey. Sorry, I ripped years ago most of the stuff from pop'n 15 to 18, and while I kept some stuff archived somewhere else, I would have to find the tools that I used back then on one of my old computers... so I'm not sure if they're still there or not. But yes, PARTY has a lot of unused content, although Konami cleaned a lot in THE MOVIE. --FinalOffset (talk) 21:36, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
- If it isn't too much to ask then, are you able to please share what you've ripped from 15 to 18? --Makorinn (talk) 22:00, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
- I'll send you a private message on another site with what I have ripped (later today though, I need to sleep some hours). --FinalOffset (talk) 22:08, 27 March 2020 (UTC)

Help?
So my fanmix page, the wiki detects it as a user or something like that, and i intended it to be formatted like it's my own page of my own wiki or something like what this guy does: User:MENDES (look at the subtopic entitled stuff to see what i'm talking about) and it turns out so my fanmix page is detected as a user bc there's a colon after my username in the page title, when it should be a slash like what mendes did with his personal pages for him to edit and stuff, is there anyway this could be changed or do i have to start all over again w a new page? thx in advance --booty (talk) 21:15, 29 April 2020 (UTC)
- Done. --FinalOffset (talk) 21:54, 29 April 2020 (UTC)

This same question applies to the System 573's MP3 files, which are compressed. Turns out Save a Little Something has music data in GF8dm7 as well, not only keysounds and charts, and i want to verify if it's any different from final
