Character Description

Nishinippori is a man who dwells underneath Nishi-Nippori Station in Tokyo. He's notable for his unique yellow skin tone and revealing attire, similar to Voltenizer Maxima's. Not much is known about him since he speaks aggressively like that of a warrior or samurai, and the teachers warn people not to go near him. According to Konami, he works as a bodyguard for Nishi-Nippori Station, though many speculate he also just protects people in general, such as the women being violated on Firestorm's ADVANCED jacket.

Nishinippori seems to like dancing and listening to music, as he's mostly seen with a boombox or singer. The most obvious depictions of this being in The setting sun's jackets and 西日暮里の踊り's lyrics.

People infer that his favorite food is "Voltex Ramen" as he is often seen eating it, and sometimes witnessed buying it at the station.
