Quick Master is a Quick Messter -debunking all of this for once-

Upon doing some research, i made the following conclusions, regarding this and reform version

  1. The original in-game version from pop'n music is in fact 147BPM (147.2 to be more precise)
  2. The reform version from beatmania has the BPM slowed down to 145 (145.09 to be more precise), and has some re-recorded samples. This is also the variant used in pop'n stage, though with a few missing sounds (most notably the scratching in the end)
  3. The OST version is based on reform, rather than the original, having the same BPM and re-recorded samples; this is the variant used in DDR
    • If the weird BPM changes in the DDR sync are actually there, it means the sync is borked (blame the bad offsetting in some of the samples)

How are we going to deal with this?
