4th difficulty
Before SDVX 4 is formally introduced, I suspect it will have a new fourth difficulty, so no "multiple 4th difficulties" like I thought 2 years ago. That means if we keep the current chart template and expand it, it'll be 6 columns long with 2 redundant ones.
Is it possible for the template to change the colour of the entire column (in addition to the difficulty header) so we just write an additional line like "|diff=grv" if a song does have a 4th difficulty?
