Hirofumi Taniguchi (born June 12th, 1967 in Hiroshima, Japan) is a former in-house KONAMI artist who provided a few songs for the early beatmania series. Prior to those games, he was part of KONAMI's music group Konami Kukeiha Club since the early 90's; his earliest known separate work was for the 1993 Super Famicom game ''Mouryou Senki Madara 2''. He was also a large contributor to the first ''Suikoden'' game.
