Megumi Kohayakawa is an early contributor to the beatmania and pop'n music series, and one of the first (known) female character designers in pop'n music. She initially debuted in pop'n stage before joining the main pop'n music series in pop'n music 6. She then worked on beatmania III until its end in 2002.
