- Silhoette of My Mind marks Hiroshi Takeyasu's first contribution to the beatmania IIDX series since Prince on a star back in beatmania IIDX.
- According to Hiroshi Takeyasu, he was asked as early as beatmania IIDX 4th style by beatmania IIDX director KAGE to make another Prince on a star for beatmania IIDX, but he either side-stepped or outright avoided the topic altogether until 6th style, when he composed Silhoette of My Mind.
- According to shiro, the filming for Silhoette of My Mind's video was done in the basement of pop'n music designer shio's parents' house.
