Character Description
NEAR & NOAH are sisters that attend elementary school in the Private VOLTE Academy. NEAR is portrayed as more childish and energetic, and NOAH is portrayed to be more mature and shy. Voltenizer Maxima taught them how to fly, and it is now their favorite thing to do; the others all make sure to be careful not to bump them over while they're in the air.
NEAR & NOAH always wear rabbit-themed shoes or boots, which Tsumabuki LEFT gave to them, making him their favorite other student. They gave a pair of the same shoes to Voltenizer Maxima as a gift, and he has trouble walking in them without stumbling.
