Robert Matthew Van Winkle is an American rapper, actor, and television host. Born in Dallas, Texas and raised there and in Miami, Florida, he was the first solo white rapper to achieve commercial success following the 1990 release of his best-known hit ICE ICE BABY, which appeared in DanceDanceRevolution HOTTEST PARTY3 and DanceDanceRevolution X2 CS, and later crossed over to the arcade DanceDanceRevolution series in DanceDanceRevolution X2.
