I really enjoyed writing this track. It posed a completely new challenge for me. I spent a long time learning how the game worked so I could try to create a track that would pose a difficult one for a gamer to score high on.
At the same time as that I of course wanted to write a good track, one that captured a lot of energy and a good Hardcore / Nu Energy vibe. The end result is 'Energy Drive' a mixture of bubbling acid lines, frantic synth lines and a drum pattern full of fills and effects. The uplifting breakdown quickly turns into an energetic build up and slams back into the full on hardcore vibe.
