  • A long version of Doppelganger appears on LeaF's first album, Doppelganger.

Trivia

  • Doppelganger originates from the konzertsaal -THE BMS OF FIGHTERS 2013- BMS contest, where it was one of the highest rated songs.
    • Its BMS genre is EINSAMKEIT. Einsamkeit is German for "solitude".
    • Its BMS video can be viewed on NicoNicoDouga.
    • It is LeaF's first song in BEMANI to not be a contest one.
  • Doppelganger was added to SOUND VOLTEX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN on September 15th, 2017.
  • Doppelganger retains the stop from the BMS charts, making it the first song in the SOUND VOLTEX series to have such a feature.
    • The BPM during the stop remains unchanged.
    • This makes SOUND VOLTEX the second BEMANI series after DanceDanceRevolution to have the stop gimmick in charts.
    • However, the 9999280 BPM increase gimmick in Doppelganger's original BMS charts is not retained in the SOUND VOLTEX series.
  • According to LeaF, Doppelganger and 音楽 -壊音楽 mix- from SOUND VOLTEX II -infinite infection- were made at the same time.
  • Doppelganger's jacket was made by To7, who also made the video for the song.
  • Doppelganger appears in SEGA's CHUNITHM music game series.
