Lyrics

English

On my chest remains the light crimson traces of a distant past
That very night's vivid fragrance which remained awkwardly on my lips,
All of them are now mere memories.
Time flies in vain, and hearing no news, the flower will wither away
Still no sound of a visit, another falls into the water
Such water-colored fleeting moment, why does this happen to me again and again?
Sleeping alone, my clothes are soaked in tears again.
No more words? No more conversations? My heart is far away from you
From the edge of the mountain and after its long absence,
The Sun rises up with the deep color of love.
How bright and clear...

Song Connections / Remixes

Trivia

たまゆら's GuitarFreaks & DrumMania banner.
  • たまゆら is the only Hirofumi Sasaki song credited to his real name that was not an EXTRA/ENCORE STAGE in its debut game.
  • Like the other 5 power-up version songs (begin, BRAND NEW LADY, ROOPA, スタアの恋人, and わすれもの), たまゆら was only released on the GUITARFREAKS & drummania BEST TRACKS CD's until it appeared on the GuitarFreaks & DrumMania - SUPER BEST BOX - collection 8 years later. They are all on the end of disc 4.
  • An unused Bass EXTREME chart for たまゆら can be found on the early GuitarFreaks games. This chart was later removed from the BEMANI PC releases of GuitarFreaks.
  • In pop'n music, たまゆら's songwheel genre (和風プログレッシブ) reads as "wafuu progressive", which means "Japanese style progressive".
  • たまゆら's pop'n music character, TAMAKI, is based on the woman that appears on たまゆら's video.
    • K-GO, who did the video for たまゆら, also designed TAMAKI for pop'n music, marking his only design in the series so far.
      • TAMAKI does not have a 2P color.
  • たまゆら is available for play in GuitarFreaksXG & DrumManiaXG as an unlockable song in Jukebox #1 (March 10th, 2010).
    • As of April 23rd, 2010, the song has been automatically unlocked into Standard Mode.
  • たまゆら appears as a CS revival in beatmania IIDX 20 tricoro. It's the SECTOR B-8 unlock of beatmania IIDX 20 tricoro's Ω-ATTACK.
  • たまゆら received an EASY chart on December 12th, 2012 in pop'n music Sunny Park, replacing its old 5-Buttons chart.
  • たまゆら can be unlocked in BeatStream アニムトライヴ from September 14th, 2016 as part of the Suzuki-san present daisakusen (スズキサンプレゼント大作戦) event.
