Trivia

  • MAX. (period) has never made an arcade version appearance. This may be because MAX. (period) was originally intended to be in the CS counterpart of what was supposed to be the final DanceDanceRevolution installment. MAX. (period) never made an appearance in the arcade version after EXTREME three years later, and still has yet to as of DanceDanceRevolution (2013).
    • However, MAX. (period)'s banner can be found in the DanceDanceRevolution SuperNOVA data.
  • In MAX. (period)'s video, a video clip of PARANOiA on the original DanceDanceRevolution game, the first DanceDanceRevolution "boss song", is shown. This may be to invoke a sense of nostalgia in players, since MAX. (period) was (at the time) the "last" DanceDanceRevolution boss song.
