Hirofumi Taniguchi (born June 12th, 1967 in Hiroshima, Japan) is an in-house Konami artist who provided a few songs for the early beatmania series. Prior to those games, he was part of Konami's music group Konami Kukeiha Club since the early 90's; his earliest known separate work was for the 1993 Super Famicom game ''Mouryou Senki Madara 2''. He was also a large contributor to the first ''Suikoden'' game. Along with Masanori Adachi and Taro Kudo, he was part of the music group THELONIOUS MONKEES, who together provided two songs for beatmania III.
