Detroit, one of America's industrial cities, was the birthplace of Detroit techno.
Once very popular before it disappeared in the mid 80s, it was the forerunner of modern TECHNO and helped to usher in the modern "techno-pop" movement in contemporary dance and music (At least I think it is)

Representing AMERICA in the WORLD TOUR is Hiroshi Wantanabe, who has come back to IIDX after a long absence.
Combining a solid beat, a melancholic analog synthesizer, and a sequential yet vague melody all flow together to form a cool Detroit techno sound.
