A period when the world was filled with music.

On the outskirts of a winter sky region called "Canis Minor village", as the harvesting season finished, many villagers from here and there enjoyed various songs and music with stories such as a heroic prince with a bow, a brother and sister who got lost in a witch's forest, a rumor about a pillow with a snot bubble, and a legendary female knight who fought alone, and they sang and performed for daily fun, competing for scores and combos.

In such peaceful Canis Minor village, one day, a cat-faced king who lives in a palace on a somewhat red slope and governs Leo and Virgo, suddenly appeared with elegant musician knights accompanying him.
The king gathered everyone in Canis Minor village and spoke to them.
"Are there any musicians here?"
And "if there's someone who can perform brilliant music, I'll send a reward".
This caused a commotion among all the villagers.
Humans, dogs, racoons, foxes, and black kites which usually fly round and round the sky, danced in front of the king while showing off and competing with their proud singing, flutes, and strings...... it soon became a large festival, and as winter came closer, the village was brilliantly colored and excited.

Well, a growing boy was watching the commotion from the shadows.
His name was "Procyon".
Usually, he's a serious boy who helps out with his family's business, maintaining the 9 buttons, but on that day, he was immersed in the knights accompanying the king.
Shining gold and silver armor, a brilliantly embroidered cape, and several polished musical instruments.
Their sophisticated royal behavior, sturdy backs, and dignified eyes.
As he first saw the brave figures of those elegant and noble knights, Procyon's small heart throbbed.
For the first time on this day, Procyon's life was hugely shaken, and he encountered something he very greatly "admired".

After one winter morning, the king left and the commotion subsided.
"Mother. Father. Please forgive me"
Leaving a note behind, the boy decided to leave the village.

Before the morning sun rises, a determined Procyon vigorously flew out of Canis Minor village in order to become that knight he admired.

However, at that time, Procyon didn't know that he'll eventually be dragged into a battle for the world, which will affect his planet's fate.

I'm very honored that my song will be included in the game I've continued to play for over 10 years!

Since this fantasia world has taken care of me for several years, I needed to appear in that sense! With that feeling.

Since this song had a perfectly completed story, I once again thought about designing Procyon!
If it was a movie, I'd like to do something like this or that... this song aroused many delusions, and I tried to incorporate my own fantasies and "Canis Minor"-like keywords.
I also love the cape with dog paw holes, which Flying Kite said was interesting!

When I was creating the animations, I was just slightly informed about stars than usual, so it felt like I gained knowledge by looking up at the winter sky while wondering~ if that lone star was Procyon, and I was very satisfied.
Since Procyon's design is Canis Minor... the key points are the cape with paw holes and dog earmuffs. Does everyone have earmuffs covering their ears? I asked this, but I also don't know.

Since I wanted to express traveling and doing various things to observe and grow instead of fighting, I tried to limit the sword action, despite being called a "knight". Although this song is fast, I wanted it to feel like stomping instead of running, so I made him walk.
I'm very curious about what will happen after he returns to his hometown, and how the story will continue. Thank you very much for this lovely song!

This time, the concept was for the song's character to be an existing pop'n character wearing a brand-new costume once again.
However, this song only has that worldview, so therefore, we couldn't use an existing character as expected, and I requested the designers to start drawing a new character.
