RETSU made his debut in the Tsugidoka! collaborative event with the song 紅焔. He is a strong-willed and hot-headed boy who is able to control fire.

He returned in pop'n music ラピストリア as one of the main characters of the game's unlock event, STORY mode, alongside the other Tsugidoka! characters. His grandmother, AKANE, was also introduced in this game.
