Listen to my HYPER-BEAT in 1998

Be Rock U

Listen to my HYPER-BEAT in 1998
Be Rock U

Yes! I can get the HYPER-BEAT in 2003

Romaji

Listen to my HYPER-BEAT in 1998

shougeki no nami ga oshiyose
nemuru kodou yobisamashita
modorenai Be Rock U

Listen to my HYPER-BEAT in 1998
tsuyoii suji no hikari ga
yami wo saite izanau mama ni hashitta Be Rock U

    kono kokoro wo tokihanatta......

jiyuuna no ka? kodokuna no ka?

Yes! I can get the HYPER-BEAT in 2003
tsuyoii suji no hikari ga
ima aratana shinkakei wo michibikidashite iru......

Trivia

  • Be Rock U (1998 burst style) is performed by the four girl unit, (Tomomi Kohno, Rie Kito, Keiko Ishigami, and Asuka Tanaka), named DIGICCO (デジっ娘) who are artists outside of BEMANI and have 3 singles of their own, and who have become the official campaign girls for the sports company Dunlop. Official website with more information at: Digicco.com.
    • Tomomi Kohno and Rie Kito would afterwards provide some vocals for BEMANI under the Tomomi and ЯIRE aliases respectively.
  • "Be Rock U" can also be read as "be roku u". "Roku" (六) means "six", therefore the title can also be read as "B6U".
  • Besides providing lyrics/vocals for some Naoki Maeda songs, Londell "Taz" Hicks also was the announcer voice for some DanceDanceRevolution titles.
  • Be Rock U (1998 burst style) was still playable during the location test of beatmania IIDX 21 SPADA. It was removed from the final version of the game.
  • The original Be Rock U (1998 burst style) sung by DIGICCO did not appear in a CS beatmania IIDX release until beatmania IIDX INFINITAS.

  • Be Rock U (1998 burst style) was supposed to appear in the cancelled game

Everyone in the race queen unit "DIGICCO", who are very active in circuits, events, and TV etc., were in charge of the vocals in this song.

We didn't have a meeting in advance, so I hurriedly filmed them wearing plain clothes in a small, in-house recording studio, while filled with guilt, but the four members appeared in high spirits!
I was nervous at first, but NAOKI was also present during filming, which became really fun in the end!

Well, in the movie, I also filmed NAOKI's guitar play separately and added it to the girls' singing scene.
Well, I had the chance in this video to also connect the car battle scene of the race queen dressed CG women (from "Drivin'" and others), which has a luxurious and beautiful style never seen before.

This will be known as DIGICCO's first song and movie! You want to meet them! To all IIDX fans! There are events held where you can directly meet them throughout Japan, so by all means, please come and support them!
