I decided to take on the challenge of creating a successor to [[GRADIUSIC CYBER]], a track that remains popular to this day.<br>
I challenged myself to create a track which inherits the atmosphere of GRADIUSIC CYBER, which was well received by everyone.<br>
Laying down the required timbres, my intentions were to keep it close to the feel of the previous work while giving it a fresh sense of style.<br>
I scattered some tones which were featured in the previous song to bring the atmosphere closer to it, but with a fresh feeling.<br>
Although I built up the courage needed to make a continuation to this popular song, I was personally pleased with this method.<br>
I needed the courage to create a track which serves as a sequel to a popular song, but this is personally my favorite.<br>
By the way, the name of the song may bear similarity to a certain Konami medal game, but it has nothing to do with its content, sorry.<br>

Well, let's talk about its genre like [[Hiroyuki Togo|Togo-chef]] sometimes does.<br>
What's the difference between "BIG BEAT" and "DIGITAL ROCK"? It's often discussed, but as far as I know, there's no clear difference between them (I haven't heard the term "DIGITAL ROCK" being used much lately).<br>
From there, it's based on my personal interpretation.<br>
From my vague image, BIG BEAT has a middle tempo with bulky rhythms, which feels like it's sitting on your back.<br>
Examples of these included in the IIDX series include "[[GAMBOL]]", "[[Electro Tuned(the SubS mix)|ELECTRO TUNED]]", and "[[Schlagwerk]]".<br>
Conversely, DIGI ROCK has an image of uptempo and a sense of speed, like sprinting.<br>
This song highly relies on breakbeats, so I wonder if it can be used to push the song forward.<br>
It's just my own personal interpretation, so perhaps it's best not to use it elsewhere.<br>
But, the genre originated by someone on their own, so I wonder if this could become a new standard~.<br>

So, IIDX properly uses genres likes this, but what is shown as the genre is basically decided by the person who created the track, so of course there are exceptions depending on the person's interpretation.
