I decided to take on the challenge of creating a successor to GRADIUSIC CYBER, a track that remains popular to this day.
I challenged myself to create a track which inherits the atmosphere of GRADIUSIC CYBER, which was favorably received by everyone.
Laying down the required timbres, my intentions were to keep it close to the feel of the previous work while giving it a fresh sense of style.
I scattered some tones which were featured in the previous song, and intended to also create a fresh feeling which brings the atmosphere closer.
Although I built up the courage needed to make a continuation to this popular song, I was personally pleased with this method.
I needed the courage to create a track which serves as a sequel to the popular song, but this is personally my favorite.
By the way, the name of the song may bear similarity to a certain Konami medal game, but it has nothing to do with its content, sorry.
By the way, although the song title is based on a certain KONAMI medal game, it has nothing to do with it, I'm sorry.
Well, I should talk more about the genre like [[Hiroyuki Togo|Togo-chef]] would.
Well, let's talk about its genre like [[Hiroyuki Togo|Togo-chef]] sometimes does.
What is the difference between "big beat" and "digital rock"? As far as I know, it is argued that there is no clear difference between the two (I don't even hear the term "digital rock" being used any more).
What's the difference between "BIG BEAT" and "DIGITAL ROCK"? It's often discussed, but based on my understanding, there's no clear differences (I haven't heard the term "DIGITAL ROCK" being used much lately).
I believe it is up to personal interpretation. In my vague image, big beat uses a middle tempo with bulky rhythms. This applies to songs in the IIDX series like [[GAMBOL]], [[Electro Tuned(the SubS mix)|Electro Tuned]], and [[Schlagwerk]].
From there, it's based on my personal interpretation.
On the contrary, the uptempo style of digi-rock gives off a sensation of running. This song has a large dependence on breakbeats, I wonder if that'll help push it into the lead.
From my vague image, BIG BEAT has a middle tempo with bulky rhythms, which feels like it's sitting on your back.
Since it is my own personal interpretation, it may be better not to use it elsewhere. But genres start off when one starts willfully talking about it, so I would like it if this could be a new standard~. (just kidding!)
Examples of these included in the IIDX series include "[[GAMBOL]]", "[[Electro Tuned(the SubS mix)|ELECTRO TUNED]]", and "[[Schlagwerk]]".
So, IIDX uses this kind of feeling as such, but the genre is basically decided by the person who made the track, so there are certain exceptions depending on the person's own interpretation.
Conversely, DIGI ROCK has an image of uptempo and sense of speed, like sprinting.
This song highly relies on breakbeats, so I wonder if it can be used to push the song forward.
It's just my own personal interpretation, so perhaps it's best not to use it elsewhere.
But, the genre originated by someone on their own, so I wonder if this could become a new standard~.
I'm just kidding.
So, IIDX properly uses such feeling, but the genre is basically decided by the person who created the track, so of course there are exceptions depending on the person's interpretation.

LEADING CYBER's movie is the second movie made by VJ YUZ!
''LEADING CYBER''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s movie is the second movie made by ''VJ YUZ''!
The special thing about this movie by VJ YUZ is the beauty of the multilayered style, with comes together with high speed images being displayed quickly one after another! I am so mesmerized by this movie... (Even to this very day, I am still mesmerized)
The ''beauty'' of the ''multilayered'' style, ''continuously transitioning'' at ''high-speed'' over the ''song'', is ''VJ YUZ''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s specialty!
Well, for now, I will hand it over to your special guest, VJ YUZ!
I'm really numb... (I'm still numb)
Well, for this song introduction, I'll invite the special guest ''himself'' to comment, ''VJ YUZ''!

I was very lucky to be responsible for the movie of LEADING CYBER, by dj TAKA. It is my favorite in beatmania IIDX 3rd style. Although the working period felt intense, the power of dj TAKA's music preserved my integrity. I enjoyed working with being kept on my toes.
I was personally lucky to be in charge of the movie of dj TAKA's "LEADING CYBER", which is my favorite song in beatmania IIDX 3rd style? I think so.
I especially enjoyed listening carefully to the scattered sounds placed in this song and inserting the images when necessary.
Although the development time felt a bit harsh, the power of dj TAKA's music motivated me, and I was able to enjoy working on it with extremely high tension.
I really enjoyed the process of gathering the finely scattered sounds and inserting them in the video.

The more you hear it (the more you play it) the more you taste LEADING CYBER!
The more you listen (the more you play), you can taste LEADING CYBER!
