During the production of 5th style, I had to replace the sampler I used for the brunt of my tracking work; you can say that this song, Abyss, is a posthumous work created by the original.

I replaced the sampler which was mainly responsible for my track production during the development of 5th, so Abyss is said to be the final song I created using it during the past two years.<br>
As appropriate for this final song, many sounds were created from this sampler, from the rhythm parts to the human voices, piano, and strings. Although I didn't have many samples or memory, my technique involved choosing to arrange one part, and quickly convert them to waveforms.


From the rhythm parts to the voices, piano, and strings, many sounds are all combined into one vehicle, as is appropriate for its final work. Still, the old machine didn't have enough memory for all of the instruments playing at once, so I used it to get a basic arrangement of the piece, and then switched to the ripply version you hear for the new hardware.

I'm paying dj TAKA back for a favor (he also wrote Frozen Ray for KEYBOARDMANIA 3rdMIX). Well, so I say. I just wanted to make a special video for a dj TAKA song...
I created this video as a favor to dj TAKA for including his song ([[Frozen Ray]]) in [[AC KBM 3rd|KM3rd]].<br>
I generally say this, but I just wanted to create a clip for a TAKA song...


So, the imagery for the video flows freely from the atmosphere of the song; it definitely isn't meant to stand alone! Engrossed in thoughts like these, I was able to, after some difficulty, bring this project to its end. I listened to Abyss while going to sleep all the time so I could get a proper feel for how the imagery should work...  
And that clip honestly shows the image of this song without walking alone!<br>
I was thinking about various things while creating this video, so it was very difficult.<br>
I listened to Abyss while sleeping in order to expand its image..

I consciously drew these underwater aliens from the movie with the same title.
 
It feels like that title certainly meant endless hell, abyss, or outer space, but I didn't want to draw it as such, so I tried to include aliens.
