- Starlight Fantasia was the fifth song of DanceDanceRevolution (2014)'s YuniverHills project (ユニバーヒルズproject) unlocking system, which started on November 17th, 2014 and ended on December 2nd, 2015. It could be obtained by getting 10,000 residents (unlike the previous unlocks, once obtaining 10,000 residents every chart of Starlight Fantasia is automatically unlocked).
- From December 3rd, 2015, Starlight Fantasia is automatically unlocked by playing with an eAMUSEMENT PASS.
