tef * tef (てふてふ) is an illustrator who's worked at KONAMI since at least the early 2010's. He's best known for doing the jacket illustrations for many of Qrispy Joybox's songs in the REFLEC BEAT series, including the design of the series' mascot, Pastel-kun. His art style is very colorful, typically lacking black outlines and featuring chibi-style character designs.
