Song Connections / Remixes
- 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) is the first song in L.E.D.'s Denjin Jaeger song series.
Trivia
- This song has different backgrounds, banners, jackets, or other related images. For more information, please see this page.
- "Denjin Jaeger" is a mix of the Japanese word meaning "Robot" and the German word meaning "Hunter", hence the name means "Robot Hunter".
- The character of Denjin Jaeger is inspired by the 1974 television series Denjin Zaborger (電人ザボーガー), featuring a robot that looks quite similar to Denjin Jaeger and can (among other things) transform into a motorcycle.
- 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) received a unique title card in beatmania IIDX 6th style, which was retained on its CS release.
- It received a different unique title card in beatmania IIDX 7th style. This title card was removed in beatmania IIDX 9th style.
- 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) received a brand-new Single ANOTHER chart in beatmania IIDX 6th style CS. This chart has never appeared in an arcade beatmania IIDX release.
- Data for the ANOTHER chart was added in beatmania IIDX 8th style, but was never made playable. It remained in subsequent styles' game data until its removal in beatmania IIDX 17 SIRIUS.
- In early beatmania IIDX games, 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J)'s title is simply referred as Theme of DENJIN J on the songwheel.
- When 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) is played on beatmania IIDX, the arcade LED ticker simply displays "THEME OF DENJIN J".
- 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) was one of 30 possible picks for songs for REFLEC BEAT groovin'!! Upper's 7th Set (Users' SELECTION) of the BEMANI MUSIC FOCUS unlocking system. It ranked 10th overall in number of votes.
- 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) was added to beatmania IIDX INFINITAS on February 3rd, 2016 as part of the February 2016 Basic Subscription Monthly Songs.
- On July 6th, 2016, it became unlockable through the Akashic Explore event for players who did not already have it.
- From November 2016, it can be purchased with BITs.
- 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) is one of very few original songs by Toshiyuki Kakuta that the title is not written exclusively in capital letters or in Japanese.
- 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) also appears as one of the background music selectable to play during Accel Rave Time (アクセルレイブタイム) in SEVEN'S BEAT (セブンスビート), a KONAMI medal redemption game.
- 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J) was also included as an unlockable music track in METAL GEAR SURVIVE.
- In METAL GEAR SURVIVE, 電人イェーガーのテーマ(Theme of DENJIN J)'s title was changed to Theme of DENJIN J.

Q. "What is this track title, 'Denjin Jaeger'?"
A. "Oh, I don't want to talk about that too much. I don't want to give listeners a specific image of the track, like 'this song's image was made with this scene in mind, and I titled it ○○'. Isn't music a feeling after all, right? It's a feeling. Well, the vibe is also nice, right? It's a vibe. By the way, what does vibe mean?"
The truth
I give my own tracks titles according to my feelings at that time (I tend to do things that way in all aspects of my life), but when I made this track, for some reason, the thought, "I wanted to put the word 'Denjin' in the next track title for no particular reason", crossed my mind, with the result being "Denjin Jaeger no theme", but now I have regrets that I should've thought more carefully before deciding on a title.
Now, this track itself is a NU-NRG track containing elements of electric hardcore, and doesn't include elements from tokusatsu opening themes. Just in case.

Hmm, finally my track is being treated as a hidden song? It's nice to somehow have a sense of rarity (it's a delusion). However, no one noticed that it was hidden even after being unlocked (or even if they noticed, they didn't care), so these days, I feel a bit anxious about it remaining hidden forever.
Previously, when I added this track title, I wrote somewhere that I had regrets about adding the title "Denjin Jaeger no theme" without thinking or adding words I didn't understand, but as a result, VJ Yasi made a movie that was very interesting, so I decided to leave it as it is.

When I hear "Denjin", aren't there many people who remember a certain tokusatsu TV hero as a conditioned reflex?
Even I, as a child at that time, was puzzled by the forced transformation from robot to motorcycle.
Huh? Don't you know it? Gah!
... Well anyways, all of L.E.D.'s new songs are my favorite, especially this one.
Perhaps there's a Best of L.E.D.?
But the song was the last I received among the new songs, right at the last minute before production was up....
Without seeing L.E.D.'s conflicted face when he saw the completed movie, it became one of the movies that "I'm sorry I did".

Hello, I'm Yasi, who's in charge of the home version.
By the way, the quality and volume of this 6thstyle movie is amazing~. L.E.D.'s songs included on the home versions, including this song, are good, but the cheapness of this movie I was in charge of became more obvious. (sweating)
It's been that way since 3rdstyle, the arcade staff warmly watched over us although we are the original producers, no matter how reckless we were with the home version, so I'm extremely grateful every time. Well, if you can look at it positively, the cheapness is part of its flavor, and it expands the world view of IIDX....
The title named by L.E.D. is very similar to its original source material in the first place, but it ended up making him regret it to death.... In many ways, "I'm sorry I did" this movie to everyone.
