This is a self-remix of "Alstroemeria", included in jubeat copious. The original song was arranged by a fusion-styled band, and after wondering if arranging it with dance-styled rhythms would suit it, I created it this time. Since it's dance-styled, I kept the main piano while adding a layer of synths to create a slightly different atmosphere to the original song.

When I created the original song around this time last year, there were various things happening with my timing, so it had a somewhat sad melody and atmosphere, but I think this remix feels a bit more brighter and energetic because I had some free time and emotionally recovered. Even though the chord progressions and phrases are all similar, the differences appear from my emotions when I created it. In that sense, I think this song and the original became two sides of the same coin.

When I started creating the self-remix, I felt "oh, I wish there was a way to make it like this", but on the other hand, I ended up doing everything I wanted to do with the original song, and I had a lot of fun discovering the feeling of pressure such as "oh no! This can't surpass the original song!". I can also say that I was desperate. The modulation zone was raised higher, as I enthusiastically raised it by a whole tone. Heave-ho!
