    • The VOCODER VOICEs on AM-3P were done by members of the KONAMI AM 3rd Division Production team.
  • According to Naoki Maeda, he produced four versions of AM-3P, labeled TYPE1 to TYPE4. The version used in-game is the TYPE4.
    • He also mentions that TYPE1 and TYPE2 are "underground minimalist" versions of AM-3P.
  • The phrases "Kanto Step", "Kansai Step", "Nagoya Step", and "Kyushu Step" are references to the KONAMI game FIGHTING武術 (FIGHTING WU-SHU).
  • AM-3P received a Double MANIAC chart in DanceDanceRevolution 4thMIX.
  • AM-3P received a BEGINNER chart in DanceDanceRevolution EXTREME.
  • AM-3P received brand new CHALLENGE charts in DanceDanceRevolution ULTRAMIX4. These charts have never been used on the arcade DanceDanceRevolution series.
