HEAVEN was a lyricist who exclusively worked on songs composed by Mutsuhiko Izumi, most notably for the Sandogasa Ponta (三度笠ポン太) series. Not much else is known about HEAVEN.

- According to an interview with Brad Holmes, HEAVEN is "someone in Izumi's family" [1].
- He also mentions for the songs he sang that HEAVEN wrote, he helped clean up some of the lyrics for better flowing.
